Returns

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of perfumes and fragrance products, we generally do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.

Returns may only be accepted if:

• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The wrong product has been delivered.
• The product is defective upon delivery.

Return Request

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting our customer support with:

• Order Number
• Product Photos
• Unboxing Video (if available)

Refunds

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, or
• A replacement product may be provided, depending on product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Opened or used perfumes.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse.
• Change of mind after delivery.
• Fragrance preference or personal dislike of the scent.

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
